How to handle telemarketing calls

You see a lot of stuff floating around the internet about how to handle telemarketing calls, such as asking for the caller’s home phone number and saying you’ll call them back, or just rambling on for a long period about essentially nothing. The FairTax: It’s time to dump the current tax code, eliminate the IRS, and make paying taxes truly fair

I’ve already told you how I feel about the FairTax bill (HR 25). For another perspective on what makes the FairTax fair, check out this article on the FairTax blog.

This is legislation that makes sense and would create astounding prosperity for the United States. If you haven’t checked it out, please do so – and then write to your congressional representatives and senators and let them know how you feel.

The most concise resource for information about the FairTax is The FairTax Book by Neal Boortz and Congressman John Linder. I highly recommend it.
